Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how data subjects can request deletion of personal data processed in CPlay Social HUB.

These instructions can be used as the Data Deletion Instructions URL in third-party app registrations (e.g., Meta/Facebook).

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to the Social HUB admin panel using your account linked to the service.
  2. Open the GDPR/LGPD requests area and create a request with type “Delete (erasure)”.
  3. The Compliance team may request identity/ownership confirmation by email before execution.
  4. After validation, the technical deletion routine is executed and service access is terminated for the data subject.

Recommended information in the request

  • Email used in the Social HUB account.
  • Short request description (e.g., erasure/deletion request).
  • Additional verification data, if requested by the Compliance team.

Deletion scope

  • Requests in this platform cover only data and bindings related to CPlay Social HUB.
  • Data controlled by other entities must be requested directly with those entities.
  • If the user is removed from the service managing entity, access to Social HUB becomes unavailable as well.
